A remedy for impatience and frustration: If you're long, get away from SI and the stock market. Do something else. Watching it hours after hours will increase your impatience. I did it for a couple of days and it was great for me.

Mark....dont feel bad...ive done the same in the past....read a short piece by James Crammer some time ago about selling on emotion...he suggested tieing oneself to the mast at the darkest hour...for all too often things turn just when you can barely stand the pain....ive done it with Dell....talk about FOOLISH.....but bought it back a little higher...t
