What is needed is new blood; new investors who have not followed this sector since Day One (I confess - I'm one of them).
The pattern has become what I call "investor incest"; the same
people are trading, shorting, buying, selling, and there is no
free market to spark prices.
What you are seeing is the same old heads manipulating these stocks.
This is the only sector where good news drives the price down!
Only Earnings will end the pattern.

If there is a skeleton in the closet I sure haven't found it.LVCI had excellent earnings but the price of the stock had run up in anticipation. I believe today people simply rotated into the tech sector. I appreciate your technical analysis. I've never followed the charts that closely. I may learn something. I may be speaking to Dr. Joffe later in the week. I will post.

Jim

P.S.
You are correct. I anticipated a lift. One strike against me.
