Maybe you could tell us how this rumor got started. Since AOL didn't release any information, and does not comment on market speculation. When you say "they" you must mean the analysts, traders and Mr. Blitzer. If you have some way of knowing that AOL fabricated some story and told Bloomberg and the wires to run it, please let me know. Otherwise, it is pure speculation - which means if someone wants to buy on the rumor, and sell on the fact - its their business.
