None of these options are mutually exclusive. It would be nice to have a steady technology royalty stream.

Todd, I'm not sure how they could license their technology. I'm not even sure what their technology is. All 3D designers work with polygons and textures...I think the graphics engine of choice today is the Voodoo 2. These engines essentially trade-off true 3D for performance like frame rate. Tomorrows controllers won't need to trade-off.

It seems to me that software coding is GameFX's business. Unless they have tech. that enables programming to be faster and cheaper they are more like artists and programmers.

They very well may understand 3D design and can help THQ with the process but I don't think they have technology to license.

I hope that Noah Davis will help me understand GameFX's value better.
