Hi Richard,

Yep. That's about the way I see it EXCEPT -- There's reason to think that they may actually want to start drilling their next well pretty darn soon. It could be to their advantage to be drilling into a future land sale!!!! But, having said that, where will they actually spud their next well?? Do NOT be surprised if it is not OPTION WELL #1 that gets drilled next!!! (i.e. If they are going to spend ~$4.5 MM, they may as well spend it where it helps them the most.)

Tight hole plays are made for believers, not for the short term flippers. As you have observed, there are again opportunities for BELIEVERS to add and accumulate. Is it time to get in line yet?? Pretty tempting on a couple of the sisters. (Might be worth making a significant offer just in case there's a significant disbeliever that wants out. What do you think?)

Thanks for the reminder on the land. I'll check into it tomorrow if not later tonight.

Later,
grayhairs

Richard,

RE: "...the land acquired by Tusk and Loon on February 4th 1998."

Loon acquired Section 16-56-15W4M in the Willingdon area. (These lands are ~40 miles east of Edmonton.)

Tusk acquired Sections 19&20-77-01W6 in the Fox Creek / Belloy area. (These lands are located ~70 miles northwest of Meekwap)

Trust this meets your needs.
