Many folks state that it will take revenues to get other investors interested in jumping into ftel...and until those revenues are booked, this stock may continue to flounder at disappointing levels.

What about the possibility of a large amount of cash suddenly becoming available to Franklin? I would have figured a year ago that if we were to have reached the level of progress which we are at today, that the fnet IPO would be set and ready to execute with the promise of $100,000,000 coming into the Franklin coffers. Even with the customary Franklin change of plans in postponing the IPO in favor of a tier one investment banker, this should mean millions in cash on hand to fuel the global fnet network expansion.

If this financing could conclude, I would think it would dramatically enhance Franklin's chances to follow through with their plan and in the same stroke, draw enormous attention from the investment community.

Most people seem to rest this stock's hopes on revenue...which is an unknown distance off into the future...we've seen it slide further out so many times. I on the other hand rest the company's and stock's immediate future on this financing...whether it turns out to be an investment banker or an IPO. Yet this "promise" of capital more often then not seems to disappear into the background in favor of such issues as revenues, NASDAQ and PR.

Michael, I don't think Frank will be sharing his plans with you, me or anyone here.

BTW, don't be fooled into thinking that what is shared on this thread isn't read by friends and (gasp!) foes of FTEL alike.

Wouldn't you want to guard your company's strategies?

I consider myself a strong investor in ftel. You found me out about getting clandestine info. How in the world could I have posted that our sales in hardware are lookin great right now for heavens sake without such knowledge.I will give you my little secret.I read all public announcements including the presidents message. Now here comes the hard part. I extrapolate similar technologic parallels that lead me to a speculative conclusion with (rose colored glasses, maybe). But thats the horse race I believe i'm in.I think if the company announces huge sales gains for a few months it may move the stock at least the 1/32 I was looking for today.ggg I would also like to thank my grammar school teachers who were sticklers when it came to reading.
