Until it's clear that Netscape is able to escape the heavy hand of microsoft the stock stays depressed relative to the other portal plays.

Yahoo and excite don't suffer the same menace and they never will to the extent Netscape has.

So they get the mega valuation even though they do a fraction of the business Nescape does.
