Web Tools Awards '98. Web Techniques and WebReview.com Announce Winners of Web Tools Awards '98 SAN FRANCISCO, June 23 /PRNewswire/ -- "The editors of Web Techniques and Web Review announced yesterday the winners of the second annual Web Tools Awards at an evening ceremony at the Web '98 conference and trade show (Moscone Center, 6/22-6/25 in San Francisco). The awards recognized innovation and new ideas in products targeted for Web designers and developers. Dale Dougherty, editorial director of Web Techniques and WebReview.com praised the submissions, ''I was impressed with this year's crop of software tools available to the sophisticated Web developer.
