It was on this thread itself, at about 10:00 am I believe
just search back a bit. I to believe that HTC might be doing
something with LBGF. When I called them today the CEO seemed
like it was something that he absolutley did not want to talk
about. Think about it, if that is indeed happening, wouldnt
the company want to be able to buy out the shell at a lower
price? Sure makes since to me to keep it hush hush.

JMHO

It was my post -- That's what I heard anyway. As we all know (all crap till offical) But HTC would, according to what I heard, wiull give the public company a .40 B.V.

I'm a quick term guy, and I will be gone with 10x on my money -- I also don't own enough to hurt the market when I sell-- however, if all goes well, who knows, I may enjoy the company for the long haul.

The reason for the shell game is probably becuase of pending SEC regualtions on BB companies becoming fully reporting or slapped to the eternal hell of the pink sheets -- and 3 -- making 504 shares restricted -- making the old 504 - public via the 15c-211 filing obsolete.

This makes a reporting shell like LBGF more attractive -- and worth a couple hundred grand.

IMHO, I am hjoping that the SEC passes both -- It will go a long way to clean up what can be a very ugly bulletin Board exchange
