10million to 18 million in the last 180 days To whom and for what, who knows. They did a 504 offering the end of last year and millions of shares were issued well under $1.00, but it appears from the financial statement that the cash never hit the balance sheet, so this is one of the many questions I have in addition to 100 others but no difference. The share count will continue to rise and since it has gone from 10 million to 18 million the company has managed to press release you to death about all their "alleged" new deals and not even a whisper of diluting it shareholders almost in half. You think the public would want to know about that, guess they didn't think it was newsworthy
