Thank you Micro. I trust your math and have always wondered why MEIS has not kept up with USBL.

Maybe its the warrant "syndrome".

Last time I checked MEIS owned 61% of USBL, not 80%, so 1.15/share.

This does not include the value of their other holdings.

No one ever said investors made intelligent decisions. Take a look at CNGR - INKT, cngr paid 1 million for an investment that is now worth 9.5 million ($1/share profit) and rising, yet CNGR is falling.

I guess the "wise" investors that can figure this out, can also figure out that USBL is probably not worth 2 bucks, and INKT certainly isn't worth 43 bucks. (even the owners figured it was only worth $12, and then $18 at best)
