Hi John, I am about 5 miles from the SEC. Maybe it is time to see if they can do something. I know that they are the US but they work directly with all exchanges in Canada. I'll see what I can come up with. Later Ron

Hi All , Just received this reply from the VSE who don't seem to know whether the breaches of their regulations are also illegal or not ,what an outfit, and of course the usual hide behind clause of we can't comment ear Mr. McKnight: The VSE cannot comment on the Review process other than what is issued in the VSE's Public Notices. Your question appears to be a legal one, therefore, you may wish to seek a legal opinion. Yours truly, This should be a lesson to all who invest in the VSE as far as I'm concerned no more investing there for me, the ship is sinking fast but these guys just don't see it they are all pre- internet dinosaurs who haven't caught on to the fact that information is available to all and that includes stockholders Regards John
