Of all the companies that you had listed
CHES is the only one without a phone #.
The transfer agent is American Securities Transfer INC.
The underwriter is Intercap Investment Group Inc.
stockguide.com
has all the other companies listed phone #s.
Scroll down to search data base and click on that.
It is a great site

Daniel,

Just what kind of news do you expect a shell to put out?

I just read the last 20 posts or so and feel that some basic concepts are not understood. Trying to drive shells with no impending merger news or rumors of such? Get real! You don't even know how clean these shells are - potential lawsuits to the perpetual corporate entity, etc. Nobody is going to be fooled if the shell simply isn't marketable (perhaps I should retract that statement given some of the understanding here)- there's too many good shells out there for that to happen. Trying to "pump and dump" always leaves somebody getting burned. Are you comfortable making money that way? I'm certainly not!

Perhaps stockmarket 101 and ethics 101 would be good coursework here.

Clo
