I hope for the burned holders of this stock, that this refocusing of the company onto products they may actually be able to deliver works.

If they keep Koz and the hypesters out, perhaps some of what is left, can be scavenged into some kind of revenue stream.
At this point there is a lot of catching up to do.

You can not now be hoping for a $50 price as you once were.

Now on a somewhat cautionary (or negative) note:
I've seen situations similar to this before, where the bond holders essentially plant their people in place and clean house enough to appear to put the company on track, drive the stock price up up a bit, sell to recover some of their losses, then let the company fold.
Think about it. They can buy now at these low prices. Run it up. Sell it. Then short it and let it dwindle, making money in both directions.

Now DARPA, I'm not saying that this will happen with this company.
I'm just saying it has happened before. The one particular case I'm thinking about is MediaVision.

If I was a burned long I would watch for signs of this very carefully.
