The reason for the tax advisors is that they have the expertise to arrange for their own flow through shares. I asked them who was going to arrange the flow through shares, CM Oliver? or? and the response was that with the new expertise they have, and the connections these new individuals have, ex KPMG etc. they can arrange the flow through shares entirely by themselves. This could be the reason that it is so quiet on the flow through share offering, they could already be placed.
