Well, Good luck to us all. Mr. michaels has dealt with our like before and has apparently evaded jail time while continuing to bilk the public. Go for it; maybe this is the time to get him. SG

As we approach the Fourth of July, my thoughts are upon the statements made by the Founding Fathers, that we are all entitled to "Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness". They never guaranteed us that scam artist would never come along and try to steal from us. That is apparently what has happened here. Our money, our pursuit for happiness, security in a world of insecurities has been raped from us. Not just taken but stolen. Deceit was used to get to us and many of us fell for this line, "we will be the biggest and the best". I hope that as all of you, including you who bought into the USAG deal hoping for the big return, will reflect on what the market offers and yes we know that there are certain risks which would include the stock price dropping. These we are willing to accept but not thievery. "Past performance is not indicative to future results", is not inclusive of scam artist. Scam artist should be put in their place and I am sitting here writing this, sick to my stomach, angry, hurt, pissed off, that I have to justify to government my business expense for a measly small deduction that I made, trying to get ahead, and these people have taken millions from unsuspecting people who want to realize part of the American Dream and are NOT ANSWERING TO ANYONE and ARE GETTING AWAY WITH IT. They, the ones who did this, are using the legal system that was designed to help us, to get away with something that is totally illegal. Are we going to allow this? Only you can answer that question. I know I have gotten up on a soap box and I owe apologies to some who tried to warn us early on. Unfortunately it is up to the share holders, of this worthless stock, to stand up for what is right. PM, I know you are reading this and if your conscience ever comes back I hope that you will realize the magnitude of what has happened here. I still believe that I can achieve much but I will do it with a far more guarded heart from this point out. Everyone have a great July 4th and remember that righteousness will prevail even in the face of adversity. TBG
