<<Ever since you came on this thread and started spilling unsubstantiated bs, mrvc has been steadily going down. You should be grateful to the leaders of the the co who have not been able to discern the damage your kind of unchallenged stories can do to a good
co like mrvc and its hardworking employees. You have no conscience IMHO. It is your kind that have made me so hard on the leaders of mrvc, who I still think are arrogant buffons, IMO.>>

I'm not a big fan of Mr. Pink but the guy has definitely called the direction of this stock. I don't know if his allegations are true but correct me if I'm wrong. MRV's management told Seth that the private placement had been cancelled and a few days later, I'm reading about it on Business wire. This management claims to be concerned about its shareholders yet it pulls this deal. They didn't even specify the reason for the cash. The last couple of quarters its stock price has been battered because of high receivables/inventories. Management claims that it provides quick turnaround for its customers. Most companies keep their inventories low in order not to get screwed if the technologies change(remember Intel motherboards a few years ago). Noam, on his infrequent visits on CNBC, alway seems to dodge questions with his patented "the client requests confidentiality". I site the agreement with Intel, the installation of networking equipment with the Japanese ministry, the collaboration with DEC.
This recent move of raising cash when there is no need is very strange. With the recent FASB changes, this will be dilutive on future earnings(what about the interest payments on the bonds?) and this seems REAL stupid if the money isn't necessary. I'll be cutting this loser from my portfolio very soon.

Good Luck
