>>>Sounds like MRBIGAIR is a trader or was a trader or has trader friends; why else would he chose to not see the forest for the trees? <<<

Beats me. Seems to think he/she has the inside track. But how seriously are we intended to take the pronouncements of someone named MR BIG AIR? Anyway, I know enough to know the Pollyannas to be wrong. If they are stupid enough to believe otherwise, they will contribute their money to the pool. More for me by the end of the game, maybe, and hurrah for that. At minimum, they are more likely to be the trout at the middle of the feeding frenzy, not me.

My rule is now simple - assume that any opportunity you leave open for people in the brokerages and markets to seperate you from your money will be taken, legal or illegal. If you give them a chance, and you get away anyway, count yourself lucky and reflect that you're not paranoid enough lately. If they nail you, count yourself stupid, and ditto on the paranoia thing ;-)

I try to spend part of each day around folks who aren't so sharklike, so as not to grow this bulbous knob of skepticism any larger. Otherwise it gets to be quite a weight. But a useful one, in this arena. Having access to the more sensible heads on this thread helps me keep an even keel too, and thank you, Michael, and all the rest, for that.

Have a nice day,
Chaz
