Adam, good to hear from you old boy. You have been the most accurate prognosticator of QDEK price action in the two years I have been on SI. I guess the ends justify the means, Adam. And, although your analysis was generally a bunch of cus words, you are the winner thus far.

However, being the master of unbridled optimism and qdekaholic #1 and although listing badly and taking on more water than a New York City street crowd with a wrench and a hydrant in July, it ain't over till it's over.

I have straws to grasp at only. They are:

1. We ended last quarter with 22 1/2M cash. I can't believe Curt burnt through it. Even with a 10M net quarter he should have more than 15M left.
2. Even at 3/4 the extra dilution is not that much for the remaining unconverted 12% this affects to July 1. If we rally some into July back to >$1 we will survive with 70M outstanding.
3. The layoffs may or may not hurt the price. The news is sufficiently leaked to have already been factored in the price. If it is announced July 29 with earnings and a vote of confidence in Curt supported by good early July sales signals as Win98 shoppers hit the aisles we may have weathered the hurricane.
4. There is no #4.

Adam
You always annoyed the heck out of me with all your negative Qdeck remarks. I just didn't want to see this company go down!!!!
Lots of the good old days Deskveiw, QEMM, CleanSweep about all gone now.
The Firesale has started ....
Best Buy is closing out CleanSweep 4 for $14.95 ( 39.95- instant $25.00 rebate) which is $5 less than the upgrade price.
No new products on the Horizon and still to many products that just don't quite work.
Maybe someone will come along and buy what's left?? Procomm is still pretty good and so is ViruSweep Whatever happened to WebCompass 3??
Mark

Do me a favor and get the hell out of here- I am a very polite person but the last thing I need to read is your S*?T I can see what is going on! But thank you so much for your help- it has greatly influenced my decision. Maybe I'll buy another 10,000 shares tomorrow. I still like the price. I have found that when everyone else is dumping I have always made money by buying. Best of luck to those long...........RON

ITS NOT OVER UNTILL ITS OVER!!!!!!!!!
