I happened to hear a report on WNPR today about the "dino-birds".
Nothing has been absolutely proven, but all of the experts interviewed seemed to definitely agree that the fossils found in China were indeed dinosaurs with feathers. They claimed that this was an important discovery in linking the evolution of dinosaurs and birds.
