Just curious if this info is correct, how the heck is this company going to stay in business?

Cash: $104,898
Income taxes payable: $98,894
Short term borrowing: $785,606
Accounts payable: $209,050
Accrued interest: $35,678
Total current debt: $1,129,228

A 1:10 ratio this is an insolvent company by any stretch of the imagination. Which brings us to another point concerning the financial statements. There is no going concern opinion issued by the auditors cautioning the reader. Wonder what college this accountant graduated from.

OKAY folks, after posting on the INFE-thread so far, I think it's time to join the honest and accurate group here, who tried to post useful information about a great company.
I've done my own DD and no matter what all these bashers try to tell me (us), I WILL NOT SELL ONE SHARE. It's really obvious, that they are here to make some nervous guys feel insecure with asking "blue chip questions" and as so often, they have had success so far. This falls together with MM games like todays action (see RICO's final tally).
And the result was clear (price tanked). But this will not last for long. The naysayers can bash as long as they want to, but finally DGIV will bounce back because of it's FUNDAMENTALS. Look at INFE. All the sellers of today will kick their asses soon.

DGIV has a bright future.
Don't invest due to emotions, invest because of your DD!

Mark
