No I will tell you the gist and the rest I will elborate on when asked by the right people. Fist time he threatened to sue me. Which I told I am right here in Atlanta Second he wanted to know how mnay shares were issued in MIDLP which I refered him to Jhn Spriggs and the TA Thrird time was a warning of action again and to decease. (today) Fourth time (today) he is my friend and the enemy is a conspiracy and I should sell my shares so not to loose what investment I have left. However he did confirm some things that he is accused of which he has been denying and/or feels he is legal. ... Gosh what a friend. I have however verified the stops are still in place and he cannot get them removed until his legal problems with Midland are resolved. If he has got to cover then I am not tanking it. Gary Swancey (Private Investor) When no one will listen call Ga Bard. I will trust the SEC attorney and John presently because at least they are here in the US with a solid interest in this stock.
