The Cyberguard fraud remains grossly overvalued.

Cyberguard has not turned a profit in the last eight quarters. There has been no revenue growth over the past year (in fact, Cyberguard grossed less last quarter ($5.2 mil.) than it did at in the Q ending 6/30/97 ($5.4 mil.). The predictions by third-rate "analysts" that CYBG will magically produce over $.50 a share in earnings in 1999 is absurd.

However, Cyberguard has been amazingly succesful in diluting its stock. Despite the revenue decrease, there are over 1 million more shares outstanding now than at the end of the 6/30/97 Q.

I fully expect that CYBG will test and probably fall below its 52 week low of 4 a share.
