Ocerg:

You are absolutely right. SEPR today closed down 3/16 or 0.18% which is nothing to complain about, but on two consecutive days when the DOW has gained ~ 115 pts., and the Nasdaq ~64 pts., and the Russell ~5.0 pts., while SEPR was in the negative, then there is definitely something wrong with this stock and it's recent performance in my judgement is very "POOR & PATHETIC".

Just look at the sequence of recent events which have failed to lift SEPR stock price:

1. Bear Stearns comes out with an "Attractive" recommendation a couple of days ago, and nothing happens;

2. SmartMoney Online comes out with a very positive article last week, and nothing happens;

3. CNBC this morning was very bullish on Specialized Biotechnology stocks in general, and still nothing happens.

4. Both the DOW, Nasdaq and the Russell have rallied very sharply, and still nothing happens.

I am wondering whether anything is going to move this stock, short of FDA disapproval on Levalbuterol, which would most certainly throw SEPR share price right down the drain.

Also, keep in mind that past performance does not really matter. It is the present and the future that will either make you any profits or squeeze your old ones out of your account.

All in all, just my humble opinion. GOOD LUCK.
