Druggist,

Scrapps, and David are next door<g>.

>> Any clues or thoughts as to the near future ???<<

I'll take a crack at this. It's hard to summarize
all that we've all talked about and posted before, ...
all the various details.

For me, the best way I see it, is that the products,
expertise, strategy, future vision are all very good.
COMS problems is more to do with their execution. This
is along the same thoughts as CRAWFORD when he thinks
that management is the big problem. I'm not as cynical
as he is about intentions/capabilities of the management,
but clearly, they have to show that they are executing.
It doesn't have to be anything outstanding, just a decent
start. They still have a lot of work to do to put
their long-term plan into action which just cannot be done
as quickly as some people might want it to happen.

I'm counting on Eric B.'s word, that things will look
good. I think he knows they're under pressure to produce,
since he's more or less said they will do so in the
last few weeks. In December when he admitted having
to rebuild the channel and admitting that the company
was out of control, we could understand earnings reports
of .04c without preannouncements. This time, he's
under pressure to get much closer to estimates, or he
better have a d*mn good reason. He's made verbal
comments to this effect. COMS should be able to
put something together that looks good, since
they've had time to reinvent their books in a way.

So, that's why everybody will be listening to the
cc, to make sure the future looks good and not
the books. Nobody expects perfection, just
progress, honesty, some visibility and some
straight talk.

My forecast for tomorrow night is cloudy with a chance of dark.

Kidding aside, I don't think rosy forward looking comments will be taken seriously if they blew the quarter badly. I've still got all of my long shares, and a shitload of January calls, all currently out of the money (except the long shares, that is).

BTW, you're on the wrong thread.
