Thanks for your input(s). The presence of two different platforms was what was throwing me off the Winproxy/Wingate solutions as discussed throughly here in the past. You've put that particular concern to bed quite nicely and I thank you for that. I'm going to take a good look at the proxy server sites as you suggest as well as reread the networking posts from ZPs great auxillary site.
