Don't necessarily disagree with most of your post, but was simply trying to account for yesterday's bump; not every stock went up, especially not the dogs! My guess is that CNS's mention in the article is what prompted the buying, rather than several investor's suddenly deciding that CNS had been cheap long enough. It will likely take some sort of positive fundamental news to get the stock to rise in any sort of consistent manner. If it keeps rising on Wednesday then perhaps my guess was wrong.

Good post. Hope CNS management is finally managing the co as a business. Two other option are to buy back shares with the unused cash or to get earnings up and then sell the company to someone like JNJ with a P/E of 30. That would wonders for the price. I wrote the president recently with no response. Hope she is doing something.
