Mr. Greiffenstein,

One thing to note about this second news release is that it is Reuters. They read the original release and reword it, trying to get the gist of the message. Unfortunately, they often make mistakes in interpretation. I read the original and forget Reuters' interpretation since they are so often mistaken. This is my opinion only. Take it for what it is worth. ;-)
