Did this part of Asensio's report get posted today? I found it very interesting.

"Chromatics has admitted that it "never considered" instrument sales to have "major income potential" in the bilirubin market. It claims that a majority of its revenues will come from sales of a disposable calibration and contamination guard that will be required for each test performed using its instrument. This means that the Chromatics device needs to be recalibrated, or at least verified, after each use and that it requires contact with the patient's skin. These characteristics are crude and totally unnecessary. Simple inexpensive color measurement devices are readily available that can perform the required operation precisely without physical contact or the need for recalibration after each use."

Maybe so Barb, but I don't trust the SEC either. No conspiracy. Just stupidity. Ya know, like lawyers making all the laws. haha

Unfortunately, that's how this country operates. We just have to deal with it. Maybe us longs will get our own reservations someday and build casinos to fund our drinking. Seems that's where we're headed.

I'm buying down here too Hedy. IF CCSI proves to be what the destructors claim it to be. I'll be participating in my first SH lawsuit. Not really expecting to get any money back, just to see justice served.

This is actually getting fun! It'll probably make the case study books in B-school communication classes.
