<<CCSI has little cash>>

Current assets: Cash and cash equivalents = $ 4,735,216

Liabilities and Shareholders' Equity:

Total current liabilities 4,768,692>>>

Liabilities exceed cash on hand.

China didn't commit to spending one dollar. You can't call them a buyer until money changes hands.

Missed commitment:

From the 3/16/98 press release:

"The company is currently finalizing its mass-manufacturing production schedule under FDA QSR and GMP as well as ISO 9000 manufacturing regulatory requirements for both the console model and the light weight (360 gms.) hand-held battery operated device, each of which includes a proprietary calibration disposable for each non-invasive measurement taken on an infant while being monitored for hyperbilirubinemia."

>>>There has been no insider selling since December 1997.<<<

Like they didn't do enough in October, November and December of 1997?
-----------------------------------------
Nice pile of red flags if you ask me. The company has been promising and promising, and the best it can produce is an unverifiable "Memorandum of Understanding" with a country on the other side of the planet. A country with a reputation of ripping off US intellectual property.

Every bit of your due diligence comes directly from the company. Why don't you produce some kind of significant, third party verification of the marketability of the device?

and the power of all the facts being presented. I figure I might as well post what I find to avoid people coming online and asking the same basic questions over and over. Saves time (I hope) and the frustration of those repetitive posts. I also have 3 kids and can relate to the
fundamentals of this story.>>>

Janybird,

Your above statement in response to the question ". I was just wondering if you are a broker or research analyist or something?" is in view of your long history and postings not credible.

After a cross reference check originating from a David S posting and further checking into numerous postings of yourself I suggest that you ought to help SEC investigators in their tasks to check out the poster Skipard who in my opinion has repetitively broadcasted knowing to be false, misleading statements via the internet in reckless format, in reference to CCSI which may have financially injured investors, traders and " lurkers.".

In order that we do not misunderstand each other here I point out that I am not interested in Colormate this or that or anything technical or financial concerning CCSI but merely in the discovery of your specific role play if any, in what I will point out in my next posting to Skipard .
