Larry, XOMA told everyone about a month ago that they had applied for Orphan drug status and that an answer was expected within a month. As Bob says liver trial results are due next. Only 35 people involved so the news won't be earth shaking. There are still questions about the trial in the U.K. Ellen told me it is not part of the present phase III trial. The Phase III has not been increased to 300. It will the number accrued when the trial ends at year end. The word from XOMA is that perhaps I am blowing this out of proportion. I still feel that the basic questions I asked have not been answered.
