Urlman, interesting testimony indeed. I can't believe I actually read the whole thing. <g> Much of it I didn't understand - for example - I didn't know what the "WIPO treaty" was. And I didn't previously know there was a distinction between a "mechanical royalty" and a "performance royalty". In addition, the "first sale doctrine" was a new concept for me. You seem to have more than a passing interest in the subject of Internet Radio. What is your connection, if any, to the industry or to the testimony you posted? Thanks. And thanks for the links too.
