George... Good Luck on becoming a citizen!!!

Don't let your son (children?) forget their heritage, but
also take pride in America.

"The rematch of '74" - I believe that Germany has a chance
to reach the semifinal. Although an older team, the national
team has usually had the "mental toughness" to force goals when
needed.
1954 down by two (finals)
1970 England (Mller) and Italy (Schnellinger) games
1974 down by one (finals)
1982 down by two vs France in OT
1986 down by two vs Argentina (finals loss)

The comeback against Yugoslavia showed that this team might
possess this same toughness. The German teams
have a history of keeping methodically cool until they shift the momentum in their favor. Don't count them out despite their
advanced average age.

(I'm happy for Goldfinger since the Netherlands appear to
have a very nice "well balanced" team.)
