nougie, MIS is trying to obtain financing to close FOUR deals: 1. Pretzelmaker (U.S.) 2. Mr. Twister Pretzel (U.S.) 3. Mall based auto chain in Canada (about 30 stores I think) 4. 27-store auto franchises (Toronto) This story has not changed since early April. The first financing effort fell through. Don't know the real story but it was an "offshore group" so anything could happen. The present group is two U.S. based large financial institutions. The confidentiality agreement is part of the entire package. I wish I knew all the details myself. later, leroyt
