I also saw that trade of 1mm at .17 on real time trader. I don't do time and sales on this one but did see the trade. For whatever it means.

There was a trade of 500K shares at 15:21. Looks like a buy (@.02) The .017 was 100 shares, not 1M. Heres the log from my (paid service) time & sales for those interested. The only other large trade I saw (from a BRIEF look) was 140K shares early in the day.
