To Teabury22 from the YAHOO BOard:

Thanks for your last response. Please note that when I wrote that post back on June 18th, SEPR was trading up 2 pts. at 42 3/4 (intraday high), and then closed on a much weaker note. I for one, strongly believe that any investor should keep a close eye on the day-to-day activities of any stock, let alone a biotech, because it could tell you a lot about any buying/selling and daily/weekly trends, which I closely follow. Having said that, you are absolutely correct in the sense that one also tends to be very nervous and jittery on any downdays, especially when the Nasdaq market rallies sharply for two consecutive days only to see SEPR trending lower of late.

Just to let you know that I have been following SEPR for the last 2 1/2 years with a very large position in my portfolio, and I am still very bullish on SEPR longer term, but in the near term, especially the last couple of days, I don't think it has been acting very well (just my opinion). Opens up in the morning and closes on a downnote, which seems to me as "Distribution".

Also, my comment regarding the recent sale of recent large-size blocks, unfortunately, one does not see the effect until after the selling is finished (that happened to me once before when Jeff Vinik of Fidelity was touting Micron Technology up while quietly dumping his holdings without anyone on WallStreet noticing it). So if this selling turns out to be accurate (which I hope I am wrong), then I suspect we would see the Stock react to it very negatively later on and not now.

Anyway, good luck.
