By the way

To answer somebody elses question, there are 20 million shares authorized so the bright side is they can only issue less than 2 million more before going for a shareholders vote, the dark side is they have enough votes to pass a resolution to issue more shares.

Think about it 18 million shares outstanding and they have raised $650,000 dollars and have less than $100k left. Interesting math.
