Two guys with "margin constraints" is not a good sign for the market.
Having survived this recent collapse, how many will be taking any strength as an opportunity to cut debt -- and cutting rallies short.

For similar reasons, I was not overly broken up to have some of my JBL taken away because of some $30 strike price calls I wrote a while ago.

One would think that DIIG acquiring another facility would be beneficial in the long term, especially in Europe where business still seems to be okay......short term however, one wonders how leveraged some of the growing ECM's should be getting if there is an industry slowdown in progress.....i guess it all depends on how much $$$ needs to be poured into the acquired business to make it competitive and profitable.....
