Chris, very informative. The stoning of Stephen was the final transgression and God then cast the Jews away in unbelief. This is the very reason that the prophesied Kingdom promises to the Jews were now held in abeyance. Jesus now raises up Paul, a member of the tribe of Benjamin and a pharisee but holding a Roman citizenship, to be the one minister of the one baptism and the one spirit in the mystery of the dispensation of Grace to the gentiles. We are now saved through grace by reconciling ourselves with God through the cross and the shed blood of Jesus Christ. Santiago
