PLEASE READ: ACCUMULATION IS THE KEY. (A private mail from a lurker) Recently there have been many bashers of various colors on this thread - some intelligent and some less so. Some have been shouting "SELL SELL" and some have been asking intelligent but somewhat irrelevant questions. Some claim they have actually studied the company when they actually don't have any idea since they never even attempted to contact the company for details. Some of them are even paid professionals (unlike us who may not have the same financial savvy since we have another daytime job!). That, in addition to the drop in stock price on low volume and on BUYS, clearly tells me one thing: this is a well calculated and well timed effort by professional shorters and MMs. I don't want to blame them for what they are doing, that's what they are supposed to do - that's their job and they got to feed their families, just like we have to. In fact, I congratulate them on their plan of attack. Afterall, they are SHORT and they have to COVER - and the time is running out! They attempt to create apprehension and doubt in the minds of less knowledgable investors among us. And they succeeded to some extent. In this context, I bringforth some points that I think are relevant. Please decide for yourselves. 1) They say DGIV is cheating us. Why would it? There is no single insider selling the stock. Check KTEL, if you want to know what cheating is about. If they wanted to, they could have dumped their shares at $8 like Mr. Weiner of KTEL did. As we all know, there is a very little selling going on -- and that is not by insiders. FACT 1: DGIV is not here to dump shares on us, it is here to build a company in the frontiers of new technology - IP Telephony. It will make money and we, shareholders, too will. That is no cheating! 2) Why dobashers want to create doubt and confusion amoing us? Some of us studied the company well, contacted the company several times and studied the business the company is entering into. Some of is who did the most DD are actively accumulating. Why would anybody do that unless they have great confidence in the company? I don't think we are stupid. FACT 2: DGIV IS PERHAPS THE MOST RESEARCHED BB STOCK ON THE PLANET! If you don't feel confident about it, you probably are better off investing in DELL and MSFT. FACT 3: DGIV IS HEAVILY SHORTED AND THEY NEED TO COVER IT SOON! YOU SELL IT AND THEY WILL BUY IT! YOU WILL MAKE THEM VERY HAPPY! FACT 4: DGIV HAS THE TECHNOLOGY, MANAGEMENT AND A BUSINESS PLAN TO SUCCEED. IP telephony is going to most successful in the international arena where it can cut the prices lot more significantly than in the domestic market. Talk to your friends who work for AT&T. I don't know any other company with such a vision of the international market - check it out. 3) There has been a steep drop in stock price on a very low volume. Numbers suggest that there has been significant accumulation. Nothing about the company has changed other than the delays in filings and creation of doubts about the company in the minds of new potential investors. It is a good thing for MMs to drop the price even on buying. FACT 5: DGIV is better value now then ever. You can sell it or you can buy it. It is upto your own judgement. But, beware of what is going on. 4) And with respect to the questions that bashers ask all the time, yes, please do call the company and find out. I am sure you will be convinced about DGIV's future. I could perhaps counter the arguments by bashers one by one, but, alas, I am not a paid professional. I have already taken an hour off from my work to write this message. FYI, I have been a lurker on SI for a while. Got an SI account just today (jay-22), but cannot post yet. Yes, I do have a profile. Thanks for your time, - Jay
