'Rearing its ugly head'-I was referring to possibility of communists and extremist gaining upper hands in Russian polity as global markets fail to endure the pressures of Chinese devaluation's, as the credits are degraded as junks money flows out like a torrential failure of a major dam.

I see this whole global economy so much inter-linked and interdependent that the only way out is success of 'free market economy' experiences all around. I see the contagion spreading if China starts competitive devaluation with Japanese. That in turn will affect all emerging markets, may be Brazil and Mexico have become already a habitual democracies although it is still too short a period in which a nations admission to habitual democracy is accepted in case of Latin America.

It is Russia with its proximity to central ASIA and mainland continental Europe the later more than former, that I am concerned about, it is political ramifications as a result of few billions which were miserly delayed under caption of structural reforms. If Russian experience fails the mass exodus from capital markets will start from continental Europe and it will help $ and Sterling but US cannot afford its entire main trading partners in state of economic crisis. In this inter-linked world we need to see that Japanese put their house in order, it is an absolute necessity. Like Nuclear fallout's which are free from geographical boundaries this cyber money phenomenon and hot money greed can lead to much more complex situations other than markets.

It can legitimise and provides cover to extremist a-human faceless fascists like Zhirovinsky in Russia to come to power. Looking at peril faced by extremists in Islamic societies I see that rise of extremists is associated with economic failures. I hope mankind may retard this terrible phenomenon by collective action. It is for this reason I always write that future historian will view our era as 'era' where we could have done better! All extremists have a similar agenda irrespective of 'ideology'.

They have shared sympathies and common hobbies like spilling human blood for fun. It is this anomaly I like to study further e.g. Saddam and Zhirovinsky has nothing in common but some extremely similar views on respect of their topsy turvy views of ' basic human rights', gasing own populace is one such example, use of nuclear option the other.

What interest me the most that these two opposite personalities can go in bed together so conveniently reminds me of Hitler and Mussolini. May be it is for this, I call this phenomenon as 'pack of wolves' syndrome. I hope I will be able to send you this 'earth shaking article' privately.
