There is a problem with the financials and the contracts will have to be written off since they are not recognized are material and the format in which they were presented to do comply with FASBE or SEC guidelines.
R1 HAS ANSWERED THAT.
Once the financials are corrected they do not qualify for any exchange. Neither of these facts though affect the business.
AS TO WHAT EXCAHNGE, TIME WILL TELL. THANK YOU FOR REALIZING THAT IT WILL NOT AFFECT THE BUSINESS.
There is no mystery cash, there is no stock buy back.
BUYBACK CAN HAPPEN ANY TIME- WHAT PROFF IS THERE THAT IT HAS OR IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN? I THINK THERE IS PROFF THAT IT DID HAPPEN, STAY TUNED.
All the shares that diluted the public almost in half were issued.
I DON'T UNDERSTAND THE ANSWER, BUT I AM NOT UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT
MORE SHARES WERE INTRODUCED - DO YOU HAVE ANY OTHER INFO?

9. I make them miserable when they don't like to hear what I have to say at times, as in this case, but usually I make my point they absorb it
