Jack,

A few months ago I was thinking about whether it would make sense for a networking equipment company to acquire "network builders" such as CATP or SAPE. The idea has just kind of simmered since then. I would think that the builders would like to be able to choose any product on the market for the particular requirement, ignoring who made that product. Do you think that MRVC's product line is "seamless" enough and cutting-edge enough to make exclusive partnering or acquisitions (which install only MRVC) make sense? If so, perhaps MRVC may use the money to start an integrator division by acquiring small privately-held companies.

Your thoughts appreciated.

Jack,

I hope so too. This co does not deserve the whipping it is getting. It must be frustrating for the hard working employees of mrvc to do all they can and find their efforts being thwarted by their buffon leaders who IMHO should go out and get a few good wall st savy board members. I still suggest to Noam or whatever his name is to go seek guidance from AOL's ceo. peace and good luck.
