Just stating what Bruce said! Quote " Was working on information to be released to shareholders......annual meeting was in the next week to two weeks. I am sorry I did not write down the date. I am a new holder so I don't know when they usually hold their meetings, But I do know if there was no decisions to be made we would not receive a proxy....I am too new anyway have not been processed. I just wish I would receive the info he promised by mail.....if I don't receive I will be calling again. :) Like I said my guess would be in the next 2 weeks on news but this is only a guess......Somebody or someone is buying and I am glad to see that.
