Good points! Thanks!

You know, we hear that line so much about NICs being
integrated with chips. It seems like a mantra sometimes
to these ANALysts. It's a hard thing to dispute, unless
someones technically aware. Therefore, this 'phrase'
is used by a lot of ANALysts as sort of a scare tactic,
that hardly ever can be refuted.

If it was true, INTC would have already done it, is the way
I figure.
