Talk about investment prowness.I looked up the Profile on" Coffee Pot" and he lists his favorite stock as BBY or Best Buy.Now if you look at my Profile you will see that I am USN(RET) I didnt mention in what field but the whole 20 years was in Electronics and I have always been interested in Computers and read most of the mags. PC World in their latest issue ran a Test on how well the various Computer labs at Retail were able to fix problems.The problems they simulated were 1.They cut the cable to the Hard drive 2. They changed the name of a video driver 3. They put memory to a different slot In over 90% of the cases Best Buy wanted to replace the hard drive or the graphics board and in some cases some wanted to replace the whole motherboard for problems my 16 year old could fix.Sort of shows you the knowledge this guy possesses for his favorite stock. Anyway since he was so nice to post over here I am going to give the BBY thread all the good info I can on a regular basis. So what do we have here. 1. A poster that was shown by Patricia to post Info with parts left out and whose favorite stock represents people who cant even repair a Computer correctly thus ripping off Customers.I am also going to give Coffee pot the credit for my inclination to post on that thread.My info will be factual. 2.Posters that refuse to give their profile and are not on any other threads but DGIV and joined less than a week ago.To name a few I have posted on ETPI where I made a 20% profit from .58 to .70. I am on record on THQI where I got in at 6 1/2 and sold at 25.I am on record on ACCR where I bought at 1 1/2 and sold at 4 1/2. I am on record as predicting what would happen to Support for the Yen on this thread and what Greenspan would do before it happened to name a few. 3.If I lose money in DGIV it will be the first time in about 10 years and while some profits only took a month and some took 1 1/2 years in the case of THQI they were nevertheless good profits.Yet people would rather believe them. I have no pity for the ones who might have lost money because they panicked.In fact, if they are swayed by the sort of people above who invest in Computer Stocks with inadequate repair facilities and people who have no track record and hide behind "anonymous" they deserve to lose it all.
