Again common sense is the main rule. People are getting more and more to where they verify and calling the company's clients does mess up the deal sometimes. A news release and suddenly a bombardment hits the new business associate and ties up their phone.

Now me I do not call every single thing to verify. I let others in the stock do some of that. if one person calls and makes the verification then I do not have to. Ex. Howrad Epstein, MD verified the EPA registration on DF-144. I call the company and got the EPA License number and the EPA got nailed with tons of calls!!!

AVBC announce a movie marketing and shareholders about lock down the movie sets making calls .... People should assign Due diligence out to the long term group of shareholders with each assigned certain due diligence. Putting out a name in a news release is starting to cause a major influx of calls and compications for some companies. Like I said sometimes the companies are best to remain quiet and just take care of business.
