Finally, someone got it. Thanks RocketMan!

Let them respond to the allegations, they are not in Presidential Office and don't have executive privilege and no we aren't going to subpoena the secret service or Monica for that matter

Rocketman: You are right on target. REMEMBER LEGITIMATE ANALYSTS ALWAYS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING WITH THEIR RELEASES: THEIR PHONE NUMBER, EMAIL ADDRESS, INVESTMENT CONNECTIONS AND FIRM AFFILIATIONS. We have not received any of these from the bashers (like Analyst10).

I agree that the company has been challenged and they need to respond. Yet, if I was really worried I would have sold today and put the money into additional shares of DELL and MSFT (my blue chip tech stocks). I choose to hold all of my DGIV shares and I bought more today. I only continue to expand my positions in firms after I have done Careful Due Diligence. I'm sleeping well tonight.

Thanks again for your contributions to this thread.

RM,
You have spoken what I have thought of for some time. I am of the opinion that the company must dot the i and cross the t. But,I don't think they grasp the concept of BB stocks. You, of all people have the right to express your concerns
This is my first BB stock and I must say that BBs fly in the face of my experience with investing, especially when the internet is involved
I have railed against people starving for PRs. Let them alone, I said. Things take time.
However, your point is well taken. Yes we are the "owners", but the company has to back us up when we are on the firing line. Jimmy has done exceptionally well. He is the man on the scene and we have contracts. The company, unwittingly, has played into the hands of the naysayers by lack of information(according to the nervous nellies)We have stayed the course for almost a month; an accomplishment I think is unparalleled in BB stocks, which was sustained by the participants of this Board. You and I know it takes time to get the figures together and produce a truthful document. It is called staffing; one misstep and you're dead. Many do not understand this.
Frankly, I was concerned about our holding tight to shares. I will not sell mine, assuredly. But, my feeling is to let the market take its course. The tighter you hold, the more the MMs walk it down to suck up the nervous nellies. Sorry for verbosity, but wanted to lay it out for everyone to ping and show me the error of my ways.
Warm Regards,
Scottoo

I think the Company WOULD like to answer these allegations by Analyst10 directly through their attorney. The problem here is that these scum hide behind SI and don't post a complete profile. Why bother???
