Okay, a few thoughts ...

#1-- Saul makes a very good point about the convertible bonds. It gives the brokerage a LARGE incentive to bring the stock up above 27. That was a good point, and one that didn't immediately cross my mind when I read about this a few minutes ago.

And a note to Pinky. -- I've read some of your old posts Pinky elsewhere, I remember you addresseing a fellow shorter, as saying, "Why waste your talents on (some stock) that has already been downtrodden.

"Waste talent"??!! Do you revel in seeing hard working employees stock options go down the drain. That a company was unable to produce a good product, something that most enterpenuers invest their heart and souls into??! Waste talents, listen, I know for a fact that some of your hype is completely bogus, I don't know if all of it is or not, but you reveling in the sadness of others, man, I think you must have been abused as a child and are very sour about it.
Hell, you've made money so far, but I hardly doubt that your warnings of us to get out of the stock are for our "love and benefit."

Richard

Bo Outlaw does not play with a pink ball. They belong in the WNBA.

Great. It was just a hunch. All I care is
for the stock price to go up, and I won't
take credit for being right about anything.

But someone posted 2 good messages on yahoo,
here they are:

What would be funny is if they actually use
the notes to buy back stock. It's our way of
communicating with Wall Street and using a
"non-shareholder-friendly" way to become
"shareholder-friendly" . It's not gonna
happen, but it's funny to think this idea.
