I wasn't disputing the comments of the scientists. I have no reason to .
The story I heard on WNPR said that in all liklihood the fossils were what they being reported to be- dino birds. they said that to be 100% sure, They were going to have to run a few more tests.(I am not technical enough to know exactly what those tests are). I was just stating what I heard. In all likelihood, they found dino-birds, it will be exciting to see what further examination and testing brings forth.
